We had the opportunity to meet Alessandra Rovati and discuss the art of cooking Italian Kosher food.Alessandra was born and raised in Italy, has had a passion for food since a very young age. Cooking doesn’t have to be difficult. We got a hands -on education on the art of cooking healthy meatloaf and green beans.
Alessandra creates a unique kosher cooking experience. Each dish she makes has a historical background that is linked to Judaism, kashrut. Alessandra currently teaches Kosher Italian Cooking classes in New York City, contributes regularly to joyofkosher.com and plans to keep growing her website, Dinner in Venice, with lots of delicious recipes.
